Spotlight on: Access Identity

In August we introduced Access Identity - a secure, modern login system that brings Donorfy in line with the rest of The Access Group.

This month, we want to shine a light on what that really means for you and your team. 

Single Sign-On (SSO): fewer passwords, stronger security

One of the biggest wins is that you can now set up single sign-on (SSO). In practice, this means you can use the same login details you already use for other systems to access Donorfy.

• Fewer passwords to remember – less time wasted on resets.
• Stronger security – Access Identity adds extra protection behind the scenes.
• IT-friendly – your IT team can connect Donorfy to your existing logins, making everything easier to manage. Don’t forget to talk to your IT team about enabling this! 

Don't worry though, your existing Donorfy login will continue to work for now. Eventually, everyone will move over to Access Identity so that everyone can benefit from the additional security and flexibility.

Sneak peek: Donorfy Academy without a separate login 

Access Identity unlocks new possibilities beyond SSO. We’re working behind the scenes so you’ll no longer need a separate login for the Donorfy Academy, making it quicker and simpler to dive into training and resources. 

This is just the beginning. Over time, you’ll see more services connected through Access Identity, making your experience smoother and more secure.
