Coronavirus / COVID-19 and Donorfy's Business Continuity Plans

We’ve been watching the developing COVID-19 situation closely, and we’re aware that many of our customers will be significantly affected by it in various ways. Here’s what we’re doing to ensure that you can continue to work with your fundraising data, wherever you are.

  • Donorfy is a connected company which means the team always works remotely. We’re spread across 10 locations in three countries and use remote-working tools all the time. So if any of us need to self-isolate, we’ll be able to carry on working as normal - answering support questions and developing new features to save you time to do more of what matters.

  • Donorfy is hosted in the cloud. That means that we don’t need to visit our servers for maintenance or anything. So you’ll always be able to access your data, whether you’re still in the office or self-isolating at home.

Essentially, we're carrying on as usual. We don’t expect any service disruptions over the coming weeks, but if one happens we’ll work quickly to get you up and running again.

We know, however, that many charities might be finding life a bit harder under COVID-19, particularly if you’re not set up for remote working. We’d love to help if we can, with advice on what works for us. We’ve recently written a blog post with some work from home tips and you can always get in touch on Donorfy Chat.

Stay healthy!
