Donorfy has acquired DonorCare Solutions to enhance the support, expertise and care we give to the many hundreds of good causes we work with.
Over the last three years we have worked closely with DonorCare, admiring how they use innovative approaches to help charities implement, learn and use Donorfy. The techniques and methods they created have helped make Donorfy an even more effective tool for many great causes.
As well as being impressed with the impact they have for nonprofits, we have got to know them personally, and are delighted to be joining forces with such a friendly team. We know they are as passionate about the charity community as we are, and as one team, we are excited to be working on some new Donorfy projects. A sneak preview of things to come include a broader range of onboarding solutions and the new Donorfy Academy.
We are committed to our network of highly skilled partners, and will now be able to compliment this by offering in-house onboarding for new charities joining Donorfy. Charities will be able to choose from a range of onboarding options, finding the implementation path that best suits them; whether it be in-house or partner led.
In the autumn, we will be launching the Donorfy Academy. The Academy will have on-demand training, live instructor led training, networking opportunities and Donorfy certifications. The Academy will upskill users, broadening both their Donorfy and fundraising knowledge… watch this space for more info!
