Donorfy has added major new features for charities that raise funds from high-net-worth individuals and grant-making bodies such as trusts and foundations.
The new features capture prospect research information such as the amount they typically give, the kinds of causes they support and their capacity to give in the first place.
As funding opportunities develop, Donorfy lets fundraisers keep track of all their touch points relating to that donor and that ask. They can schedule tasks to remind them of the next steps, including the prompts for pledges relating to the gift.
CEO Robin Fisk explains how these new features came into being:
“We find that charities, especially small and medium-sized ones, are increasingly looking to major funders for strategic support, be they high-net-worth individuals or a grant-making body of some kind. Which is understandable given the concerns charities feel they may have with individual giving programmes in the future."
"That meant we needed to think about providing the kind of opportunity management features found in commercial CRM systems, but in a way that works well for charities. So with the help of our existing customers we created these new tools in Donorfy to make it easier for them to do their jobs."
“We’re really proud of what Donorfy can do now in this area. There’s no extra cost for these great new features, and charities will continue to get these features and everything else Donorfy offers at the same, reasonable rates, starting at free for small charities.”
Donorfy is available to all UK charities, It gives charities instant access to their database, campaign management and stewardship programmes, on desktop, tablet and smartphone, so everyone can keep on top of what’s happening in their charity. Donorfy giving widgets can be placed anywhere on the charity’s website, meaning all online donations are immediately visible in the CRM.
Like all good, modern apps, Donorfy is familiar and simple. It is the first CRM system to automatically collect Gift Aid on your behalf, and is integrated with other popular cloud services such as MailChimp, JustGiving, GoCardless, Stripe and Eventbrite, with more to come.
Pricing is simply a monthly subscription, based on the number of constituents in the database, starting at free. There’s no limit to the number of users either, so the whole team can use Donorfy and help their organisation grow.
Donorfy offer monthly product demo webinars for anyone who wants to find out more about it. Charities can get started by signing up for a free trial.
