Welcome our newest team member, Graham!

Over the past few months, we’ve been lucky enough to add several new members to our team. This week, we are very excited to welcome a new face: Graham is our new Implementation Consultant and helps charities implement Donorfy. To get to know him better, we asked him a few questions about himself – read on to find out what he had to say.

What's your role at Donorfy?

I starting working for Donorfy 3 months ago (9th April). I am an Implementation Consultant. This means that I work with charities to implement Donorfy. This involves scoping the project, setting up Donorfy to meet their requirements, transferring their data from their old system into Donorfy, setting up reports and then making sure that they get the most out of Donorfy. Since starting I have worked with new clients and existing clients to enhance their use of Donorfy.

How long have you been working in the charity sector and who for?

Before joining the Donorfy team I worked for Scripture Union England and Wales as their Database and Website manager for 14 years. I am also the chair of Trustee for our local Church so have gained a lot of charity knowledge over the years. During this time I have implemented new CRM systems, new website platforms and helped steer digital transformation and strategy for supporters, volunteers, and customers.

What do you like most about Donorfy?

I love the fact that Donorfy is easy to use, affordable for any charity, and works on any device.  The fact that Donorfy is in the cloud and able to integrate with other cloud platforms makes it easy to integrate into a charity portfolio of systems they already use such as MailChimp, Eventbrite etc. I also love that it has widgets for other web pages and integrations and that developers can access its API.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working on Donorfy?

When not working with Donorfy I enjoy time with my family and friends. I love the outdoors, walking, cycling, and camping. I also love watching sports: F1, Rugby, football, etc. As I already said I am also involved in a local church. Love living in MK home of the MK Dons, roundabouts, and concrete cows!

Thanks Graham for taking the time to answer our questions. We wish you the best of luck in your new position at Donorfy. Welcome to the team!
