What's your role at Donorfy?
I started my role as Customer Service Manager at the beginning of the year and will be focusing on providing customer service to the Donorfy client base through the support portal, updating and adding to the knowledge base articles and working on smaller database implementations.
How long have you been working in the charity sector and who for?
The charity sector is special, there are so many dedicated people working hard to support the causes close to their hearts, and for the past 18 years, I’ve been privileged to have been a part of that with Scripture Union England and Wales. My role was Ministry Support Manager (supporter and customer care) where I managed a team of 7 to provide excellent customer service across various support functions: donations, sales, volunteer recruitment, and facilities.
What do you like most about Donorfy?

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?
I love to spend time with my family and friends, day trips, watching films, fast cars and being outdoors. I enjoy a variety of sports, e.g. football and golf, however, my main passion is mountain biking. I love to ride the local trails at Woburn Sands as-well-as larger bike parks, such as Cannock Chase. I’m not too great at going up hills but love the thrill of flying down a technical downhill section, I’m no Aaron Gwin that’s for sure, but love it just the same.
