For the fourth year running, Donorfy has come out top in the annual Charity CRM Survey. The survey - run by Civil Society Media for their Fundraising and Charity Finance magazine titles - asked questions about the product and the supplier.
Some 400 charities responses were counted and we’re delighted to say that Donorfy topped the scores in every single category!

A few highlights to draw from the results:
Donorfy market share has tripled since the last survey
Integration was a theme of this survey, and an area where Donorfy shines, especially compared to the other solutions
Sales CRM platforms (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) do not make it into the top 3 for organisations with up to £10m income, which suggests that charities are getting the message that CRM doesn’t need to be that complicated and expensive.
