Business Analysis

Understanding client requirements and mapping Donorfy solutions to them using your knowledge fundraising practices and how Donorfy works. Creativity. Lateral thinking. Knowledge of charity fundraising and financial processes.

Project Management

Getting organised. Managing budgets and timescales. Communication. Seeing the project through to a successful conclusion.


Setting the configuration options so that Donorfy works how the client needs it. Setting up the standard integrations so that it works seamlessly with the integrated solutions.

Data migration

Extract, merge, clean, rationalise and generally prepare data from disparate sources. Wrangle the data into shape. Migrate to Donorfy using the Excel File Uploader.


Building integrations via the Donorfy API. Migrate large or complex datasets using SQL Server Transact-SQL.


Production and delivery of client-specific training sessions. Online and in-person.

Web design / development

Incorporating Donorfy web widgets into the client’s website.

Solution Sales

Generating and qualifying leads. Doing product demos with help from Donorfy. Completing RFP responses. Submitting proposals. Closing deals.
