The Donorfy Academy has been upgraded!
All Donorfy users now have instant access to learning courses using just your Donorfy login.
Every Donorfy user can now access the new Academy without having to request a licence, be restricted to three users, or pay for extra.
The learning content is now available as 12 courses, including webinar recordings, with more on the way soon.
These courses are for new Donorfy users who want a strong start, or existing users looking to refresh or deepen their knowledge. The courses are:

What Happens to the Old Academy?
We know some organisations are mid‑training, so:
- The old Academy will remain available until the end of May 2026.
- Existing users can continue accessing it as usual.
- You can still request licences for the old Donorfy Academy during this transition period if needed (please see form below).
- Due to the courses in the new Donorfy Academy having a new structure, any course progress won't be migrated.
Claiming Academy Licences
Complete the form below to claim your licences for the old Donorfy Academy. Once you have submitted the form you will receive a welcome email with your Academy login details in the next two working days. *
Academy licenses are subject the standard Donorfy Terms and Conditions.
Licences may be shared so that multiple team members can just dip into the academy resources from time to time. For these use a generic email such as donorfytraining1@yourcharityname.org. Important emails regarding access to the Academy may be sent to this address so please make sure they can be seen and responded to.
