Downloading your data

Need to download data from your Donorfy?

You have a few options …

DIY - CSV file export

Donorfy’s Lists feature enables you to download the data to a CSV file. There is no cost for downloading data in this way. Please note, that not all fields are available for download, and attachments cannot be downloaded in this way. Please see this support article for more information.

Managed exports

This service supplies your data to you in a format you can work with.

Full export to Excel Workbook, plus attachments Zip file

This is the option you need if you want all of your data in an easily understood format.

Your Donorfy data, supplied in a Microsoft Excel Workbook, with each data type (Constituents, Transactions etc) on their own Worksheet. Attachments are supplied separately in a Zip file, with a worksheet linking the file names to the corresponding Donorfy objects.
- First supply - GBP £495 plus VAT / DKK 4250 / EUR 595
- Subsequent supplies, each - GBP £245 plus VAT / DKK 2200 / EUR 300

Attachments Zip file only

This option provides you with all of the attachments in a Zip file, plus a Workbook linking the file names to the corresponding Donorfy objects.

Per supply - GBP £95 plus VAT / DKK 950 / EUR 125

SQL Server backup file, plus attachments Zip file

Only applicable if your Donorfy is hosted in an Own Azure environment. This service supplies your data in a Microsoft SQL Server backup file. Attachements are supplied separately in a Zip file, with a worksheet linking the file names to the corresponding Donorfy objects. This option assumes you know what to do with a SQL Server back up file when you get it.
