Included in Enterprise is Private Cloud, a fully-detached hosting environment powered by Microsoft Azure. It has some compelling benefits, especially for larger charities, including:
- Control of database performance for higher data volumes or seasonal demand.
- Control over your backups - Donorfy takes a daily backup anyway, but you can take control of frequency.
- Donorfy provides standard accounts integrations, but PC enables custom accounts downloads.
- Create custom List Views containing the fields your users need.
- Direct, secure access to the backend SQL data views for high performance querying over large datasets.
- Ability to commission pen testing on your database. Note that Donorfy still performs pen testing on the app.
- Plus, you retain all the benefits of a cloud-based solution, such as automatic upgrades and no IT worries.

For us Donorfy was the Goldilocks. In the middle, built for charities, future-proof, lots of integrations, easy to use, in the cloud. It was a lot of the good things we were looking for without costing the earth.
