Duncan's the name, implementation's the game.
Duncan leads our team of experts who help new charities get going with Donorfy. With a fundraising background at Help for Heroes and other smaller charities, he thrives on surprising people with unexpected solutions that make their jobs easier.
When he isn't supporting charities set up Donorfy for success, he can be found staging incredible theatre shows. Honestly.
There’s no doubt that a CRM project is complicated, made more complicated because we were starting from zero with no CRM and our charity’s data all over the place. We couldn’t have done it without the support of Duncan (our Customer Success Manager) who held our virtual hands throughout. The project meetings equipped us with the skills we needed to finish migrating our data, to maintain a healthy CRM, to integrate more systems, and to get our colleagues confident using it too.
It has now been a few months since we finished the official implementation stage and Donorfy has significantly improved the way we work by automating processes and allowing us to communicate with our supporters better.
