A multi year prepaid subscription (MYPP) allows you to pay your Donorfy subscription up front for a 3, 4 or 5 year period, for which you get the following benefits:
- a discount on your Donorfy subscription of 3%, 4% or 5% respectively
- immunity from any inflationary subscription price increases for the term of your MYPP
- a Service Level Agreement for the hosting and product support services
- monthly subscription x 12 x number of years, less the discount
MYPPs can be renewed indefinitely, or if you choose you can revert to rolling monthly at the prevailing price.
Already paying rolling monthly subscriptions? You can convert to a MYPP based on the current level of constituents - just contact us by raising a support ticket.
How can I get this?
If you are new to Donorfy you will be given the option to choose either rolling monthly or a MYPP term of 3, 4 or 5 years when placing your order online.
If you are an existing subscriber to Donorfy, or you have any questions, please raise a support ticket and we’ll get the ball rolling.
How is the MYPP fee paid?
We bill you and you have 30 days to pay.
We have an existing Direct Debit - what happens to this if we convert to MYPP?
We will stop taking the monthly subscriptions once a MYPP has been set up.
What happens at the end of the term (the prepaid period)?
You will be contacted in good time before the end of the term so that you can follow on with another MYPP or revert to rolling monthly at the prevailing rate.
If we leave at some point during the MYPP term do we get a refund?
No, refunds are not made for clients who leave during a MYPP.
Why are you offering this?
Because clients are asking for it. The rolling monthly subscription is convenient and means no long-term tie in, but some clients were asking us to demonstrate our commitment to be there for the long term, and to a certain level of service. So we introduced MYPP to meet those requirements.
It also enables us to invest more in product development, sooner.
Can I get any of the benefits without the MYPP?
No - the benefits are limited to people who commit to prepaid amounts.
What happens if our data volumes go up during the term of the MYPP?
We will invoice at the end of the term if the data volumes go up a price band or more.
Can I enter into a MYPP for fewer than 3 years or more than 5?
