Price Increase 2024

Information, FAQ's and Contact Details

Information

Thanks so much for joining Donorfy and staying with us on the journey, we're proud to be supporting you and your team.

We continue to commit our resources to building and improving Donorfy for you, so that you can do even more of what matters. However, due to rising business and hosting costs, it won’t come as a surprise that we need to increase Donorfy prices. The new prices will take effect on 1st May 2024. As we bill monthly in arrears (unless you have prepaid), your first bill at the increased price will be invoiced on 1st June 2024 for your usage in May.

You don't need to do anything at all, we'll invoice and bill you in the same way we've always done.

Inflation-proof your Donorfy

If you wish to protect yourself against inflationary increases now and in the future you should consider pre-paying at today’s rates for the next 3, 4 or 5 years. In addition you will receive a discount of between 3% and 5%, depending on the length of your commitment. See here for more information, or book a chat with our Customer Success Team if you’d like to discuss your options.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the new price I'm being asked to pay?

You should have received an email explaining the effect of the price increase on your organisation. The invoice will have been sent to the main contact and the billing contact (if different) for your account. Admins can see who that is by checking in Settings | Account - on the Organisation and Billing tabs respectively.

  • When will I get my first updated bill?

As we bill in arrears, the first invoice at the new prices will be sent on 1st June for the usage from 1-31st May. The invoice will be sent via email to your named billing contact on 1st June and the Direct Debit taken on 15th June as normal.

  • How do I change the named billing contact for our organisation?

Log in to your Donorfy database, go to Settings on the left hand menu, then Account, then the Billing tab to see and change the Donorfy billing contact for your organisation. Note: Only a user with Administrator rights on your Donorfy can see Settings in the left hand menu.

  • Where can I find pricing information your website?

Here is the link to the pricing page, showing the current pricing, and you can also find legacy price lists here too. Please note that from 1 May 2024, our pricing page will be updated.

  • How can I reduce my Donorfy subscription?

As your Donorfy subscription is based on the number of constituents you hold you could look to reduce the number of constituents so that you are in a lower price-band. For more information on Archiving and then Deleting constituents, please see these articles:

    How to bulk archive

How to bulk delete archived constituents

Please note - deletion cannot be undone - it is permanent.

  • How can I increase the value I get from Donorfy?

Did you know that the Donorfy Academy provides a range of on-demand and live training sessions to enable you to get the most out of Donorfy? Click here to find out more.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

We'd be sad to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your Donorfy subscription please notify us of your intention to cancel using the form below. As per the terms and conditions you need to give a month's notice. This is how we wrap up the billing: we invoice for Donorfy in arrears so your final invoice will be for the current month and for your notice period. For example if you give notice on 25th April, you will receive a final invoice on 1st May that covers the April usage and also includes the final month’s usage of May (the one month of notice period). Please note that we always invoice for the whole month. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction until the final payment has been received.
