Information
Thanks so much for joining Donorfy and staying with us on the journey, we're proud to be supporting you and your team.
We continue to commit our resources to building and improving Donorfy for you, so that you can do even more of what matters. However, due to rising business and hosting costs, it won’t come as a surprise that we need to increase Donorfy prices. The new prices will take effect on 1st June 2026. As we bill monthly in arrears (unless you have prepaid), your first bill at the increased price will be invoiced on 1st July 2026 for your usage in June.
You don't need to do anything at all, we'll invoice and bill you in the same way we've always done.
Inflation-proof your Donorfy
If you wish to protect yourself against inflationary increases now and in the future you should consider pre-paying at today’s rates for the next 3, 4 or 5 years. In addition you will receive a discount of between 3% and 5%, depending on the length of your commitment. See here for more information, or book a chat with our Customer Success Team if you’d like to discuss your options.
