    • Can admins see which users do not have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled?

      Currently, this functionality is not available within Access Evo. However, it is something being considered for future development.

    • Will Donorfy include a dedicated Events module in the future?

      We are currently reviewing the updated Enthuse integration and exploring the best solution across both products. More updates will be shared as plans develop.

    • Will the file uploader support multi-product allocations in a single payment?

      This is something we can explore. Final capabilities will be confirmed once development work begins.

    • Will the Smart List Builder be able to combine data across different areas (e.g. Transactions and Connections)?

      Yes, this is the intention. More detailed information will be provided as development progresses.

    • Will we need to update our Enthuse settings when the new integration is released?

      Yes, if any changes are required, we will provide clear guidance ahead of the release.

    • What is the timeline for the new Donorfy API?

      The API will be released through continuous delivery. Initial endpoints are expected over the summer, with further capabilities added throughout the year. More details will be shared closer to launch.

    • Are there plans to integrate Access DDCMS (Direct Debit processing) with Donorfy?

      Yes, this is planned for the future, although no specific timeline has been confirmed yet.

    • Will Donorfy integrate with EVIDE case management?

      There are currently no plans for a direct integration. However, upcoming tools within Access Evo may enable custom integrations, and further updates will be shared during future events.

    • Is the AI within Donorfy built in-house or via a third-party provider?

      We use Microsoft to power the underlying AI platform. This operates within Access’s secure Azure infrastructure, meaning you benefit from advanced AI capabilities while ensuring your data remains secure and is not shared externally.

    • What’s the best way to learn how to get the most out of Donorfy?
      You can access training via the Learning section in the Access menu (top left of Donorfy/Evo).
