The Hunger Project UK works in more than 17,000 communities across South Asia, Africa and Latin America and reaches the lives of 19 million individuals, by unleashing vision, commitment and leadership for people to feed themselves and their families.

With a small UK office of 2 staff and the support of volunteers, The Hunger Project UK aims to build support, secure funds, and also advise on sustainable solutions and grassroot strategies.

A CRM to maximise engagement with our supporters

The Hunger Project are experiencing quick growth and so had need for an affordable CRM system to engage with donors efficiently.

As part of its development strategy, The Hunger Project UK identified the need for an efficient cloud CRM system as a key success factor.

“As a small charity, we mainly communicate with our supporters via e-marketing and social media”, says Sophie Noonan, UK Country Director. “We were specifically looking for a CRM system that could be fully integrated with our campaign pages and MailChimp, to facilitate and maximise engagement with our supporters”.

With data to migrate and the MailChimp list to move over, The Hunger Project enlisted the help of one of Donorfy’s authorised partners, Productle.
