Why do we use Partners?
You can use either our in-house implementation packages or use one of our Partners. Using Partners for implementing Donorfy is a tried and tested practice in the world of modern software, giving you a highly bespoke service.

What does ‘Donorfy-approved’ mean?
It means that the Partner has been through our Partner Certification Programme which is a process of studying, practicing and being assessed on Donorfy and it’s implementation. The programme is run by our in-house Development Team and is constantly reviewed and updated as new features and functionality is added to Donorfy.

How do I know which Partner to choose?
We’ll do this bit for you. We’ll chat through your requirements to discover if Donorfy is right for you and then we’ll recommend and introduce you to the right Partner for your project. Book a chat now to start the process and work out the best approach for your organisation.

We’re nervous about using a third party
Don’t be! We interview, train and accredit our Partners carefully to make sure that they can deliver a Donorfy standard system and service. All of our Partners have extensive experience in data, CRMs, charity and finance so they are excellent at implementing Donorfy, moving data and helping you through the process.
