The Donorfy Product and Engineering teams have been busy behind the scenes!

Nine packed product updates have been rolled out - four in May and five in June - each one designed to make your Donorfy experience even better! Here's a quick roundup of improvements and fixes.  

What we’ve done 

• Enhanced Integrations: We've made improvements to a couple of our integrations, including enhancements to OnlineFundraising for our customers in Denmark, and to the DotDigital integration, too. These updates ensure smoother data flow and more reliable performance across your fundraising tools.
• User Experience Improvements: Based on feedback, we’ve made numerous small but meaningful tweaks across the platform to make your daily tasks more intuitive and efficient.
• Access Group Efficiencies: As part of our ongoing transition to internal Access Group systems, we've made key behind-the-scenes changes that integrate Donorfy into that infrastructure - without impacting your experience. These updates improve alignment and help streamline our operations, ultimately supporting a smoother experience for you.
• Infrastructure and security updates: We've been updating Donorfy’s underlying infrastructure and frameworks to ensure ongoing data security, improved resilience and a modern codebase. These foundational improvements keep Donorfy running smoothly and securely behind the scenes.
• Multicurrency for Pledges: Great news for international fundraisers - our multicurrency functionality now fully supports pledges! This opens new possibilities for charities managing global donations and commitments. 

Coming soon: what we’re working on 

The answer to that question is, lots! But here’s a couple of notable changes coming soon: 

• Single Sign-On Across Access Products: We’ll be introducing single sign-on (SSO), allowing users to access all Access products with one email address. Administrators will be able to set permissions to determine who can access which products in the portfolio, giving you complete control over user access, too.
• Social Login Options: And here's a crowd-pleaser – you'll soon be able to log into Donorfy using your Google, Microsoft and other accounts! This will make accessing Donorfy even easier.
