Donorfy Product Update: October 2025

Back to blog listing
October has been a month of innovation and improvement.

We’ve been hard at work - this month saw 32 individual changes across 7 deployment blocks. That’s a lot of behind-the-scenes enhancements to keep Donorfy running better than ever.

What's been happening

Support upgrades:

The new Donorfy Digital Assistant has officially replaced the old chatbot, Donny. Underpinned by AI, it’s much better at understanding your questions and getting you the right answers quickly – in fact, it’s resolving around 48% of your questions (meaning less time searching and more time getting on with your day).

You can now raise your support question from directly within Donorfy too, just click on the lightbulb and away you go.

We’ve also refreshed the Knowledge Base, making it easier to browse and find the guidance you need. Early feedback has been really positive, with many of you saying you’re finding answers faster than ever.

Accessible Academy:

We’re getting close to something pretty exciting! Thanks to the ongoing Access Evo migration, you’ll soon be able to access the Donorfy Academy without any licence limits. You’ll also be able to login with the same single-sign-on email you use to login to Donorfy.

This means every user in your organisation can have their own account - no more three-user cap!  If you currently pay for extra Academy licences, good news, your bill will be going down, too.

We’ll be rolling this out in stages over the next couple of months, so keep an eye out for an email letting you know when it’s your turn. If you're keen to see it sooner though, get in touch with support.

Infrastructure updates:

We're busy developing a new native integration between Access Raise and Donorfy, designed to make it even easier to connect your fundraising data across systems.

At the same time, we’re continuing to support trusted third-party integrations, giving you the flexibility to choose the tools that best fit your setup, scale and timing.

Small but mighty improvements:

You may have noticed a few minor UI tweaks this month, particularly around how Donorfy renders on smaller screens and lower-resolution displays.

We’ve also rolled out some bug fixes and added new monitoring tools to strengthen our security and quality checks. These tools automatically scan our codebase and check deployments before release, helping to ensure every update meets our standards for performance and protection.

Stay connected

That’s all for now. As always, there’s plenty more in the works. Thanks for your continued feedback and support; it helps us keep making Donorfy better for everyone. Get in touch.
