Donorfy Product Update: February 2026

Back to blog listing
February has been a month of steady progress.

This month, our top-class engineering team has delivered 51 total deployments, 17 of which were user-focused, functionality improvements. Some visible. Most invisible. All important. These improvements focus on refining how things work for you day to day. Small enhancements that remove friction and quietly make Donorfy feel even better to use.

Alongside those updates, bug fixes tightened bolts and sealed cracks. Not glamorous, but any software you use will be squishing bugs behind-the-scenes!

Native Raise integration: now in beta

The native integration between Access Raise and Donorfy is in the hands of a few customers for beta testing.

We’re gathering real-world feedback and ensuring it works exactly as it should before wider release. Once we’ve collected enough insight and are confident it’s doing what you need properly, it’ll be rolled out more broadly. Keen for it? Get in touch!

What's coming next?

In a word ... Analytics.

This is probably the thing many of you are most excited about by Donorfy’s move into Access Evo - and we get why!

All modules in the Access Charity Suite feed data into what we call the Access Data Engine, including Donorfy. This means you‘ll be able create even more visualisations and reports – and they’ll be even more useful.

Initially, you’ll see deeper data from Donorfy but, over the coming months, this will expand across more Access modules (products) and you’ll get a wider range of data, where relevant.

Because your modules will feed into the same place, you’ll be able to create cross-product dashboards. If you use Donorfy alongside Assemble volunteer management, for example, you’ll be able to pull insights from both into a single view. One screen. One story.

Of course, Analytics respects user permissions though, so people only see what they should. At the same time, individuals can configure their own dashboards to suit their role. Your fundraising manager might focus on income and campaign performance, while your volunteer coordinator tracks recruitment and engagement.

We’ll provide a library of preconfigured essentials to get you started, like income tracking and constituent analysis; you’ll even be able to view and compare data year on year.

What data will be available first?

Initial datasets will include:

  • Constituents (people)

  • Transactions (payments)

  • Activities (communications)

Don’t worry, once your data is in Access Evo, using Analytics will feel familiar. If you’re used to Donorfy dashboards already, the experience will be just as intuitive and straightforward.

Except this time, the picture is bigger.

Stay connected
