The Donorfy Academy has officially launched and there is still time to sign up for our live sessions this year.

Whether it be to join one of our live sessions below, use the on-demand resources or even come and have a coffee with us, we would love to see you at the Donorfy Academy.

• Tuesday 29 November, 09:30am-12pm: Configuring Donorfy

  Are you a Donorfy user who will be making changes to your Donorfy Account settings? Do you want to learn how to add new Activity Types, Constituent Types, Payment Methods and more? This is the course for you.

• Thursday 1 December,  3-3.30pm: Coffee & Chat

  Join some of the Donorfy team and fellow Donorfy users for a coffee and informal chat. In this chat we’ll also hear from our Customer Success Team who will be presenting a brief demo about Donorfy Forms.

  Coffee & Chat is open to all Donorfy users - an Academy licence is not required to join this session.

• Monday 5 December, 11am-12pm: Welcome to the Academy

  If you’re new to using Donorfy Academy and not sure where to start, join this short webinar which provides an overview of what the Academy is. We also cover how you sign up to both live and on-demand training courses.

• Wednesday 7 December, 10-11am: Welcome To Donorfy

  Are you new to Donorfy? Welcome. Join this short introductory webinar to learn how Donorfy will help you do more of what matters.

  Welcome To Donorfy is open to all Donorfy users - an Academy licence is not required to join this session.

• Tuesday 13 December, 09:30am-12pm: Donorfy Fundamentals I

  This is usually the first Donorfy Academy course we suggest you attend. In just under three hours, we cover various beginner aspects of using Donorfy, including: adding constituents, accessing help resources, and much more!
